Coalition Umwana ku Isonga in line of collecting information that serve in the preparation of its alternative reports, it uses thematic working groups, namely Civil Rights and Freedom, Health and Basic Rights, Education, leisure and cultural rights, family environment and alternative care and special protection. These groups were formed in line of the elements that while writing report everyone should consider.
During the Workshop held at Musanze from 9th to 10th May 2023, CUI member organizations reflected on these thematic working groups, were explained more about their functioning. They got the chance to rejoin again those thematic working groups basing on their areas of intervention. This will be helping in collecting information related to the preparation of CUI alternative reports and assessing the implementation of the recommendations given to the Government of Rwanda.
